When you shop online at www.sofieschnoor.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can cancel your purchase. The return period starts from the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

When returning an item and exercising the right of withdrawal, this can only be done if the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. You may, of course, unpack and try the item. However, the right of withdrawal ceases if the product is used. Please make sure the items are properly packed. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them, so keep the receipt and return tracking number.

Damaged packaging may in some cases reduce the resale value of the item, and the right of withdrawal may therefore not apply. In such cases, you will be contacted.

If you received a prepaid return label with your package, you can use it without creating a return through our return portal. Simply include the enclosed return form and attach the label to the package.

The cost of using our return shipping label is 39 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. If you choose to exchange styles from your return order, the new delivery is free, and the return shipping cost is 39 DKK.

When using our return portal, you have two options at the end of the process:

• QR code for parcel shop: You can choose to receive a QR code, which you simply show at the parcel shop — they will print your return label for you.

• Print-it-yourself label: You can also choose to receive the return label as a PDF if you prefer to print and attach it yourself.

Select the solution that best suits you when completing your return in the portal.

When you register your return, our customer service and warehouse are notified that your package is on its way back.

Note: You can choose to exchange your return for another style, color, or size. This option is created via the return portal. You pay for the new item, which will be shipped with free delivery. The refund for your returned item will be issued once it is received at our warehouse.

Important: Returns must be sent directly to the above address. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops.

When you cancel your purchase, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same bank account or payment card used for the original order. This will take place once we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure that it meets the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. Please note that it may take up to 5 banking days from when we issue the refund until the amount is visible in your bank account.
