You can purchase a Sofie Schnoor Gift Card on our website under Gift Cards.

The gift card is a print-it-yourself card, which will be sent to you by email after your purchase. It’s therefore important that you enter the correct email address and keep the email containing your gift card.

If you delete the email or entered an incorrect address, please contact our webshop customer service.

Gift cards can only be used in the currency in which they were purchased, and the amount cannot be changed after the purchase has been completed.

Gift cards can be used on our website only and not in our physical stores.

Can I use more than one gift card per order and combine it with discounts?

Yes, you can use multiple gift cards for the same order, and they can be combined with discount codes or other offers.

How long is a Sofie Schnoor gift card valid?

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the gift card you receive by email.

Can I redeem my gift card for cash?

Any remaining balance can be redeemed for up to one year after the expiry date. The gift card can only be redeemed in the same currency in which it was purchased.
