Yes. You can exchange your item for another style, colour or size via the return portal. You pay for the new item, which ships to you free of charge. The refund for your returned item is issued once we've received it at our warehouse.

Once we've received your return and confirmed it meets the conditions for withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and any shipping you paid to the card or account you used. It can take up to 5 Danish banking days from when we credit your order until the money shows in your account.
