Ordering & Payment

• Orders are only binding once an order confirmation is received.

• Sofie Schnoor reserves the right to cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or technical problems.

• Purchases can be made 24/7 unless the webshop is under maintenance.

• You must be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent).

• Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, MobilePay, Klarna, and Apple Pay.

• No card fees are charged; payment is taken only upon shipment.

Shipping

• Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days via GLS or DAO.

• Shipping costs vary (usually DKK 0–55).

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

• You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your purchase.

• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

• Returns must be registered through the return portal: sofieschnoor.floatanalytics.com

• Returns should be shipped to:
  ATT Sofie Schnoor, Sysselvej 67, 7120 Vejle, Denmark.
  (Packages cannot be delivered in person or to stores.)

• If you return only parts of your order, shipping costs are not refunded.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after return is received and checked.

Fair Use Policy

• You may not misuse the webshop through fraud, reselling, false consumer identity, or harassment of staff.

• Abnormal buying/return behavior may lead to order rejection or permanent blocking.

• Sofie Schnoor uses data analysis to detect unusual activity (e.g. frequent returns or fake accounts).

• Customers who are blocked will be notified by email.

Complaints (Product Issues)

• Covered by Danish purchase law: 24-month warranty.

• If a product is defective, you may request repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

• Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time (preferably within 2 months).

Discount Codes

• Promo codes may have limited validity and conditions.

• Only one code per order.

• Fraud or misuse may result in cancellation of orders and permanent blocking.
