Sales Assistant(s) for Our New Store in Copenhagen

Are you passionate about fashion, people and positive energy? Then you might be just the person we are looking for to join our brand-new SOFIE SCHNOOR store in Østerbro, Copenhagen.

We are looking for enthusiastic part-time Sales Assistants who would love to join a new team and create inspiring experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales and customer service and is happy to work both weekdays and weekends. Your weekly working hours will be agreed individually, with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods such as sales and peak season.

About us

SOFIE SCHNOOR is a creative and dynamic fashion company with Scandinavian roots.

We design and sell clothing and footwear for children and adults under our SOFIE SCHNOOR brand, available in stores across Europe. We have 30 shop-in-shops in department stores throughout Europe, as well as three of our own stores in Denmark. We are passionate and positive, with a strong focus on delivering high quality to our customers.

Who are you?

• You welcome customers with a smile, take initiative and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the store. You have an eye for style and detail and enjoy a varied working day with a fast pace.

• You ideally have experience in sales, customer service or retail, but your energy and willingness to learn are just as important.

• You have an interest in fashion, trends and styling.

• You speak fluent Danish and preferably English.

• You are outgoing, service-minded and confident in engaging with customers.

• You are reliable, flexible and take responsibility for your tasks.

• You are available to work weekdays and weekends, and are happy to take on additional shifts during busy periods.

Your responsibilities

• Providing personalised service and helping customers with styling and the latest seasonal arrivals.

• Ensuring the store always looks inspiring, well-presented and ready for sales.

• Contributing positive energy and helping the store achieve its sales targets.

• Assisting with deliveries, replenishment, keeping the store tidy and other day-to-day retail tasks.
