Extended returns of Christmas gifts

All Christmas gifts can be returned until January 8th 2024. Valid on orders placed between November 22th and December 23th 2023.

When you shop online at www.sofieschnoor.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret your purchase, and then return your item (s) to us. Your right of return runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only happen if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You are of course welcome to unpack the item and try it on. However, the right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in a way where it is quite obvious that the use significantly reduces the product's sales value. Remember to make sure the items are securely wrapped. Do not send footwear in shoe boxes, these must be packed in a cardboard box. You are responsible for the package / items until we receive it. So keep the postal receipt and tracking number.

Damaged packaging can in some cases mean that the sales value of the product is reduced and thus the right of withdrawal cannot be used!

You can send your goods back using the enclosed return label and upon use we will charge you 10€. (*This option is unfortunately not available for customers in the Netherlands, France and Finland).

NOTE: Returns must be sent directly to the above address. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops. In addition, we do not accept return packages sent via DAO or other shipping companies that deliver outside of opening hours. If you return it and choose the shipping company yourself always remember to get a receipt. 

When you regret the purchase, the purchase price and any shipping costs paid at the time of the purchase will be refunded to you by returning the money to your bank / card with which the purchase was made. This happens when we have received the item and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal. It can take up to 5 Danish bank days from the time we have credited your order until the money is visible in your bank account.
