When you shop online at www.sofieschnoor.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to regret your purchase. The return period starts from the day you receive your order. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the following business day.

When returning an item and using your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. You are, of course, allowed to unpack and try on the item. However, the right of withdrawal lapses if the item has been used. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them, so keep your receipt and return tracking number.

Damaged packaging may in some cases reduce the resale value of the item, in which case the right of withdrawal may not apply. If this is the case, you will be contacted.

You can send your goods back using the return label and upon use we will charge you 5€.

If you received a prepaid return label in your package, you may use it without registering the return through our return portal. In that case, simply include the enclosed return form and attach the label to your package.

Once your return is registered, our customer service and warehouse will be informed that your package is on its way.

Returns must be sent directly to the address above. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops.

When you cancel a purchase, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account or payment card used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal. Please allow up to 5 banking days from when we credit your order for the funds to appear in your account.
