Extended returns of Christmas gifts
All Christmas gifts can be returned until January 7th 2025. Valid on orders placed between November 23th and December 24th 2024.
Returns
When you shop online at www.sofieschnoor.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret your purchase, and then return your item (s) to us. Your right of return runs from the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only happen if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You are of course welcome to unpack the item and try it on. However, the right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in a way where it is obvious that the use significantly reduces the product's sales value. Remember to make sure the items are securely wrapped. Do not send footwear in shoe boxes, these must be packed in a cardboard box. You are responsible for the package / items until we receive it. So, keep the postal receipt and tracking number.
Damaged packaging can in some cases mean that the sales value of the product is reduced and thus the right of withdrawal cannot be used!
You can send your goods back using the return label and upon use we will charge you 10€.

Return
Follow the steps below when returning items from your order.
– Request a return via the return portal here. Fill in your order number starting with INTxxxxxx. You will then receive a confirmation of your return and a return shipping label by e-mail.
– Pack the returned goods and enclose a return form in the package. The goods are securely packed in their original bags/packaging incl. various labels and hangtags. The shoe box is packed in another outer packaging
– Place the return shipping label visibly on the outside of the package.
- Hand over and return the parcel to your local parcel shop within 14 days after you originally received the shipment. If you do not use your prepaid return label, responsibility for the products passes to you until they are received at our warehouse.

When you regret the purchase, the purchase price and any shipping costs paid at the time of the purchase will be refunded to you by returning the money to your bank / card with which the purchase was made. This happens when we have received the item and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal. It can take up to 5 Danish bank days from the time we have credited your order until the money is visible in your bank account.
